I ran with Gracie after we had to split from the other girls. I feel recovered from the injuries and soreness of last week! I am so excited to race tomorrow! Region (3 Miles) 00:19:26, Place overall: 3 | | 20 am It was weird not having weights but it was a good run. Iced my knee after. 50 pm The race felt pretty good. I learned after snow canyon that I shouldn't go out way to fast on the first mile so I stayed with Gracie for a while then started leading. Then later Sam caught up to me and I pushed to stay with her. We ran together for a long time but I struggled way more than I should have on the 3rd mile. I loved the cowbell thing because when I was hurting, committing to three hard steps made me believe in myself again. It feels great to start having some good races again. | Comments(1) |

| | 65 min The workout was way good today. First was 10 min tempo and we had great packing on that. Then 3x2 min which were good too. Lately I've been struggling at the end on workouts and races so I started the 4x1 min bad. The first two I wasn't with the pack and I needed to be. I helped lead the the next one and stayed with the pack on the last two. It helped me know that I can still push harder at the end. | Add Comment |

I am so happy and grateful that I got to race at state this year. Its an experience that I will never forget. The race was pretty good for me. I had one of the best starts I've ever had. Around 2 miles I was getting tired but I was around 3 desert hills girls but I knew I had to stay with them and that helped me a lot. The end was one of my best too. I'm still not sure how good of a race it was for me. The rest of the girls did amazing and I love our team so much.

Ran with with my dad. My leg hurt but mostly my knee. It seems like every week something different is bothering me, but luckily it doesn't get too bad and just goes away.
